Dedicated to help womenfolk and the needy
For the past 17 years, Mentri Besar's wife Prof Dr Datin Paduka Jamilah Ariffin had dedicated her time to developing a series of social welfare programmes to assist the poor and underprivileged in Johor especially womenfolk. To date, Dr Jamilah, who is also the State Representative Wives Association (Juita) president, has initiated 14 programmes under the tagline Juita-ku Sayang project since 1995.
